This time of war and great upheaval in Ukraine beckons us to pay attention and not look away. As we grow in awareness of our sacred connection to each other, it transforms us to see more clearly and realize that with awareness comes responsibility. We are not intended to ignore or deny the pain and suffering of others. Awareness compels us to see more clearly and not look away. As spiritual beings, we are guided to be a witness, engage and respond to what goes on in the world each day. Then, we can choose how we respond to the war and the injustice.
