Mindfulness Meditation for Compassion, Forgiveness and Equanimity

Mindfulness Meditation is a valuable practice to skillfully navigate our daily lives. It is an invitation to get to know ourselves better and to learn how to respond rather than react to life, ourselves and others. It is a healing practice to honor all parts of ourselves and to practice compassion for ourselves and others. The practice also helps us to release stress, create space and live with more ease, resilience and peace on a daily basis. If you can breathe, you can learn to meditate!
