Reciprocity of Kindness and Gratitude
There is a reciprocity of energy between kindness and gratitude. Words and acts of kindness open us to gratitude and when we feel grateful, it can inspire us to speak and act with kindness. Pause, Breathe, Open and Relax “PBOR” is a simple and profound practice each of us can do on a daily basis, moment by moment when we need to come back to our innate peace and contentment. Truly, this is what our yoga, breath & meditation practices invite us to do. It is especially valuable to navigate challenges but also during ease & enjoyable times to be as fully present and engaged with what is occurring as much as we can.
